The inspiration for Sanibel Siren actually came in the form of a request by a client for me to do a commissioned piece of art for her to hang in her store, based on a previous piece of art I'd done called Land Fin. The client wanted a piece done similarly, but in the vivid colors of her shop. The client resides and works on beautiful Sanibel Island FL, hence the name, Sanibel Siren!
