Prints are 8 1/2" x 11" with the actual image 8" x 10" to allow room for mats or frames to not overlap the image. Ordered prints do not carry the watermark you see on the website galleries. Prints are laser reproductions on acid free paper. They are shipped with an acid free cardboard backing, inside individual acid free plastic sleeves for protection. Each print carries a sticker on the back with the name of the print and artist information. Open edition prints are not hand-signed.

WHOLESALE:

We welcome wholesale inquires and offer wholesale pricing and a wholesale shopping cart for your convenience to retailers providing a state seller's permit (for state's that require them) or a copy of your business license. Fax a copy to (619) 287-1321 and please write on the copy somewhere, "For: Wild Oaks Art", since we also have another business, and will then know which business info. to send you. SHIPPING:

Print orders are shipped via United State Postal Service. Heavier gift items are shipped via UPS Ground - insured. International orders are shipped USPS-insured.

Licensing Info.

We are accepting applications for new licensing opportunities. Please contact us if you wish to license any of our art. Licensing includes both print (paper or canvas) and electronic reproduction (websites, etc.), as well as commercial applications of her art. Carol reserves the right to approve or decline any licensing proposals at her discretion. If you wish, please e-mail us with your proposal: WildOaksArt@aol.com

Factors involved in determining Licensing Fees:

The following are considered when Carol determines licensing fees.

- Rights required - exclusive, full, partial.
- Type of media - how will the product be used - web usage or printing/ physical application
- Expected period of usage.
- Distribution rights - where will the image be used? Worldwide? Locally?

Licensing of artwork for Commercial websites or Commercial promotional material (business cards, logos, stationary, web sets).

A flat fee of $75.00 is required for commercial, non-saleable promotional items such as business logos, website banners or letterheads. Usage of the image is only allowed after payment has been made and an image usage contract is negotiated and agreed upon between both parties. You will receive a print quality file of the artwork which can be used ONLY on NON saleable, promotional items.

Editorial Use

If you would like to use Carol's art work for things such as online articles on the web or in print, please contact Carol with your proposal.
